Astronomikx is the artist name of Sam Elcox. His first release 'Afterlife' was on a Flying Rhino Comp "Fourth Flight - Velocity" was written and produced with Harry Kanellopoulos which is quite an amazing track.
Although he hasn't been so prolific since then the few productions he has been involved in so far have been of a superior psychedelic quality.
He was involved in the production of 'Subspace' on Aphid Moon's third album 'Super Collider' and more recently co-wrote the excellent 'Optica' with Aphid Moon from the Synthetic Life EP on Aphid Records.
We hope this is a sign of more productions to come.
