Aphid Moon is the project of psy-trance maestro Jules Hamer from London, UK. The artist is also
founder of experimental psy label Aphid Records.
He has released three successful solo albums, and one collaborative album to date; all which have
been critically acclaimed within the psy-trance scene.
His debut album 'High Diver', released on pioneering label Dragonfly Records in 2003, had a deep
night time sound.
'Global Culture' in 2005, a more full-on incarnation, was released on major psy
label Nano Records.
The AMD project 'Big Fish', a collaboration with renowned producer Dick
Trevor, became an instant Nano classic.
In 2010 his third solo album 'Super Collider' was the debut album release on his own label 'Aphid
Records', sealing his reputation as a cutting edge producer, with an original, evolving, deep and
sometimes moody, yet unmistakably British psychedelic sound.
Since then Aphid Moon has had a steady string of digital EP's on his label, mixed and mastered in
house, which regularly feature in the top ten Beatport Psy Trance releases chart.
His unique style has bought him considerable international recognition.
He performs regularly on the global psy-trance stage at national and international festivals and
events. You can catch him performing live on the main stage at this year's at Ozora Festival.
